Do you ever worry about whether you're “getting it right?” Do you approach life with an all-or-nothing attitude? When you try something new, does a single failure lead you to give up? Whether it is within our religious practice or within our daily lives, all of us deal with perfectionism of some kind, the self-judgment that tells us we're just not good enough. We will explore the roots of this perfectionism, and practice a few tricks for accepting “good enough” and constructive failure in our lives and rituals.
